Refund policy

By when can I cancel the order?

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellations can be made.

By when can I return the product?

If you're not satisfied with the items you received, send us an email at hello@zivaartjewellery.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If not notified, the returns will not be accepted.

Once notified, the support team will get in touch with you and share the details of the exact address where the product has to be delivered. The product must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Refund will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. 

Return Conditions:

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
