When will my order be delivered?
We deliver within 15 business days of placement of the order. Our business days are from Monday to Friday. All in-stock items will ship the same day. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

Please note that some items have limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
During festival season like Diwali, Rakhi, Tej, Pongal, Ramzan, Christmas etc, the courier companies will have a tight schedule with more orders and there may be delay in delivery. So customers are required to plan in advance if they require delivery before those festival days. Minimum 3 to 5 days may be taken by courier companies for certain regions.
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit; please communicate immediately after receiving the item so that alternative arrangements can be made.
